Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.


For customised products (made-to-order), such as printed shirts and similar items, the processing time may be longer and typically takes 3–5 working days, as these are produced specifically upon order.

 

 

Delivery Times


Once your order has been processed, it is normally delivered within 10–12 working days.


We always aim to meet this timeframe, but please note:

 

  • Weekends, public holidays and peak periods such as Black Friday and the Christmas season may result in longer delivery times

  • Unforeseen delays with the courier may affect delivery

  • In rare cases, national or international disruptions may extend delivery times

We offer free standard delivery on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

 

 

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.

If Your Order Is Delayed


If your order has not been delivered within 12 working days after processing:

 

  • Check the tracking information you received in your order confirmation.

  • If there are no updates, or you are concerned about your order, please contact us – we will investigate the matter with the courier and keep you informed.

 

 

 

Special Situations


We understand that you may need your order for a specific occasion.

We therefore recommend placing your order well in advance, as we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.


However, we always do our very best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
